The energy center of gtummo is inside lower dan tien. Dan tien actually consist of three parts: lower dan tien, middle dan tien and upper dan tien. Lower dan tien is located 3 fingers or 2 inch below navel. Lower dan tien is the place where gtummo holy fire is positioned. The place of middle dan tien is in epigastric (solar plexus cakra) and the upper dan tien is in pineal gland.
The energy storage will be formed when the holy fire is being awakened. It will grow in accordance with the training and meditating that we do every day. The following is the illustration on how the energy storage can grow bigger. Imagine that our energy storage is a washbasin. When we are doing our training regularly, our energy storage will be filled and even flooded by the energy. With the energy capacity that exceed the energy storage, the energy storage will automatically growing bigger and the size will exactly correspond with the energy that we absorbed during our practice.
There is also another method to enlarge the energy storage. It is using one of the practitioner tool that is called phurba. One is enough, but using two phurba is better.
The storage energy itself can also be trained, but it wills correspond with our materialistic desire in which we are going to maintain. Things will be danger when we are controlled by our materialistic desire. It is safer if we focus our training from lower dan tien. Particular training on Upper dan tien is not necessary; it will develop automatically with our training development. Kriya yoga practitioner is the one who do special training on upper dan tien. Guidance from appropriate master is a must if someone do special training on upper dan tien.
Why it is important and a must to enlarge our energy storage?
Bigger storage can store much more energy, besides it will increase our sensitivity to feel the gtummo energy movement. The bigger the energy, it will speed up the development of vajra body.
